Client Agreement & Terms

1. Scope of Work

The Divine Within is a twelve week private 1:1 programme delivered primarily via Zoom.

The programme is designed to support you in exploring and addressing the internal patterns, subconscious beliefs and emotional responses that may be affecting how you experience yourself, your life and your business.

Your individual programme may include coaching, reflective questioning, Belief Coding®, nervous system support, self concept work, identity work, integration practices and aligned action.

The programme moves through three core phases: CALM, CLARITY and CREATION. Your individual journey will be personalised according to your goals, experiences and what emerges throughout our work together.

This is coaching and belief work. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care or medical treatment.

2. Structure and Session Length

The Divine Within takes place over twelve consecutive weeks.

Your programme will include regular private 1:1 sessions at pre agreed times, together with the practices, reflection and integration agreed as part of your individual programme.

Some Belief Coding® sessions may require more time than standard coaching sessions. Session length will therefore vary depending on the type of work being undertaken and will be agreed with you where appropriate.

All sessions should normally be completed within the twelve week programme period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Focus of the Programme

At the beginning of The Divine Within, we will establish your intention and the areas you would most like to explore or change.

Throughout the twelve weeks we will return to this intention and assess your progress, including at the beginning, midpoint and end of the programme.

Your goals and focus may naturally evolve as we work together. The programme is personalised rather than a fixed formula, allowing us to respond to what becomes apparent throughout the process.

My role is not to tell you who you should become or make decisions for you. The intention of this work is to help you recognise what may be happening underneath the surface, reconnect with your own inner knowing and make choices that feel aligned with you.

4. Personal Responsibility

By participating in The Divine Within, you acknowledge that:

✓ You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices.

✓ Outcomes and experiences vary from person to person and no particular result can be guaranteed.

✓ Your progress may be influenced by your participation, circumstances and engagement with the practices between sessions.

✓ You agree to communicate honestly about anything that may affect your ability to participate safely in the programme.

✓ You retain responsibility for deciding whether any action or decision discussed during the programme is appropriate for you.

5. Mental Health and Wellbeing

The Divine Within is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other appropriately qualified professional care.

If you are currently receiving support from a medical or mental health professional, participation in this programme does not replace that support.

You agree to inform Elaine Palmer if there are circumstances relating to your wellbeing that may make participation in the programme inappropriate or unsafe.

If at any stage Elaine Palmer reasonably believes that the programme is outside the appropriate scope of her work or that another form of professional support would be more suitable, the work may be paused or ended and this will be discussed with you wherever reasonably possible.

If you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis or are at risk of harming yourself or another person, you should contact the appropriate emergency or medical services rather than relying on this programme for support.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during your sessions will be treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may need to be broken where required by law or where Elaine Palmer reasonably believes there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or another person.

7. Recording

Where agreed, sessions may be recorded and recordings may be provided to you for your own personal use.

Recordings must not be shared, published, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Elaine Palmer will not use your recordings, personal story or identifying information for marketing, training or promotional purposes without your consent.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment confirms your place in The Divine Within.

Because space is reserved specifically for you and the programme involves a twelve week commitment, payments are non refundable once the programme has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law or where otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a payment plan has been agreed:

✓ You remain responsible for the agreed instalments.

✓ Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

✓ Missed payments may result in sessions being paused until payment is brought up to date.

Any statutory rights you have as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a scheduled session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be treated as used, except where there are exceptional circumstances at Elaine Palmer’s discretion.

Repeated cancellations or non attendance may affect your ability to complete the programme within the twelve week period.

Any rearranged sessions should normally take place within the original programme timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

10. Communication Between Sessions

Between session communication and support will be provided according to what is included in your individual programme at the time of enrolment.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, The Divine Within does not provide emergency, crisis or unlimited 24 hour support.

11. Ending the Programme

Either you or Elaine Palmer may end the working relationship by providing written notice.

If you choose to leave the programme after it has commenced, payments already made will not normally be refunded and any outstanding payments will remain subject to the payment terms agreed at enrolment, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Elaine Palmer reserves the right to pause or end the programme where there is inappropriate conduct, a significant breach of this agreement or where continuing the work is reasonably considered unsuitable or outside the appropriate scope of practice.

Where Elaine Palmer ends the programme for reasons unrelated to a breach by the client, any payment relating to services that will no longer be provided will be considered and refunded where appropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

Any original Lighthouse Hub materials, exercises, resources, recordings or frameworks provided as part of The Divine Within remain the intellectual property of Elaine Palmer and/or The Lighthouse Hub unless otherwise stated.

Belief Coding® and any associated methods, materials or intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Programme materials are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, taught, sold, published or distributed without the appropriate written permission.

13. Financial and Business Outcomes

The Divine Within may include exploration of your relationship with your business, visibility, money, decision making, purpose and aligned action.

No specific financial, business, income, client or other commercial outcome is promised or guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own business, financial and professional decisions and should obtain appropriately qualified professional advice where required.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elaine Palmer and The Lighthouse Hub will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions or actions you choose to take following participation in the programme.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Agreement

By purchasing and participating in The Divine Within, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to participate on this basis.
